Drawings and answers

Uploaded drawings, selected sources, answers and corrections are stored privately on the operator’s server. Selected drawing pages are sent to the OpenAI API after the processing permission described under Details. Feedback and corrections do not automatically train a model. Do not upload files you lack permission to share.

Access

Cloudflare carries web traffic to the app. A necessary sign-in cookie keeps your session open. A shared-password name suffix labels a workspace; it does not verify a person’s identity or provide commercial customer isolation.

Feedback

Only the message, chosen category, general workflow stage, optional reply email and claimed workspace label are saved. No drawing, screenshot or page URL is attached automatically. Messages are removed after one year on the next support activity and are available to the operator, not to other visitors. Use Contact for a reply or deletion request. The form does not send email.

Analytics

We keep daily counts of sign-ins and workflow actions for 180 days, pruning on support activity. These counts contain no names, addresses, project IDs, drawing contents, typed answers or IP addresses. They count actions, not unique people.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance on About and Privacy only. Its beacon receives ordinary browser/network information; it uses no analytics cookies. It is not installed on sign-in, drawing, review or download screens. Clarity session replay and Google Analytics are not installed.

Project files currently remain until the operator removes them; automated customer retention controls are not yet implemented. Contact us to request removal.
